Personal finance tracker — start fresh or load a saved sheet.
Are you sure you want to delete this row? All data in it will be lost.
This expense repeats monthly. Clear it from all future months too?
Should this value repeat on the same day every month going forward?

Yearly Finance Tracker is a personal yearly budgeting tool built to give you a clear picture of your income and expenses — all in one place, with no accounts, no servers, and no subscriptions.
Everything runs entirely in your browser. Your data is never sent anywhere — it lives only on your device. When you save, you download a .json file to keep yourself. When you want to continue, you import that file back in.
Muirmorrow does not collect, store, or process any of your financial data. There are no analytics, no cookies, no tracking scripts. Your numbers are yours alone.
Optional file encryption (AES-256-GCM) is available so that even your saved .json file is unreadable without your password — a password Muirmorrow never sees and cannot recover.
Get the most out of Yearly Finance Tracker
Before entering any figures, we recommend adding all your Income, Fixed Expense, and Varied Expense row types to the sheet — things like your wages, rent, subscriptions, and regular spending categories.
Once your rows are in place, save the sheet straight away — without entering any values. This becomes your personal template. Next year (or any time you start fresh), just load that file, update the year and opening balance, and all your rows are already there waiting for you.
In each section, use the + Add row button at the bottom of that section. You'll be asked for a name — tick "Add this row to all future months too" so it appears across the whole year automatically.
Sheet configuration
Choose how the sheet looks.
Update the year this sheet tracks. You may lose February 29th data when switching to a non-leap year.
Change the opening balance for the first month of the sheet. This will cascade through all months and affect every closing balance.
Change which month the sheet starts from. Moving to a later month will remove earlier months and their data.
